What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item, please ensure the item(s) are in resalable condition and unworn with the tag attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted. If you decide to return any item(s), you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days, starting from the date of delivery in order to receive a full refund. 

How do I return an item?

1. Send us an email at contact@marisoldiazboutique.com with your full name, original order number, and the item you would like to return.

2. We will provide you with a return label.

3. You will be provided with a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number safe, so you are able to track the progress of your package. 

4. Take the package to your local USPS post office. We recommend that you keep your proof of postage. 

5. A refund will be processed back to the original payment method once the parcel is processed by Made From Sol.

6. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your payment method. A refund will only be issued once the goods have been received back at Marisol Diaz Boutique.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process, then they will be sent out with the selected shipping. USPS First Class shipping varies between 4-8 business days. USPS Priority shipping varies between 1-4 business days.

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will take approximately 1-8 business days to be delivered, depending on the shipping selected at checkout. Please note that packages may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

How can I track my package?

You can track your package through the USPS Tracking Number that will be sent directly to your email once your order has been shipped.
